Smyths Toys is giving customers some Harry Potter LEGO for free this weekend.

Stores up and down the country, including the Midlands, are hosting a Back to Hogwarts event where wizards and witches can grab some free mini LEGO.

The giveaway starts at 9am on Saturday August 24 and is while stocks last.

There’s no catch and you don’t have to buy anything to get the freebie but you will want to get down to your nearest store early because its first come first served.

The small bag of free LEGO is named ‘Journey to Hogwarts’ according to Money Saving Expert, so we’re expecting it could be a model from one of the Hogwarts Express scenes.

In previous years, when the toy store has run similar giveaways, the set worth around £5 has usually included a mini figure and enough bricks to make a small vehicle or some props.

You can find your nearest Smyths Toys Superstore here .

Don’t worry if you miss out either because there’s currently 20% off selected Harry Potter LEGO sets too.

You could get your hands on the Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall for £71.99 instead of £89.99 or how about the Harry Potter Knight Buss for £27.99 instead of £34.99.

The 20% off deal runs until September 3, 2019.
